Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via DHL. We have partnered with DHL to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your purchases worldwide.
Processing Time: Orders are processed up to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. A subsequent email with tracking information will be sent once the order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time: Shipping times vary according to DHL's estimated schedule for your location. The estimated shipping time will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Times provided are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, adverse weather conditions, or logistical issues.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, package dimensions, and destination. Total costs will be displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. The Growing Sofa is not responsible for any additional charges.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your order on the DHL website using the provided number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
DHL may require a signature upon delivery. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If you are not available, DHL may leave a notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up the package at a local facility. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees will be returned. Additional costs may apply for reshipping.
Ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once the order is processed, it may not be possible to change the shipping address. Contact us immediately if you need to make adjustments.
DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery. While we aim to ship worldwide, certain countries may have restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us for assistance.
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.
If your order is lost during transit, contact us at support@thegrowingsofa.com. We will work with DHL to investigate and resolve the situation. If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage.

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit, at no additional cost to you.
